This policy explains how and when we send your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch from our fulfilment centre within one to two business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery and cost

We ship within the United States. All orders ship with tracked delivery and typically arrive within 7 to 14 days of dispatch. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $100, and a flat rate of $5.99 applies below that. A tracking link is emailed to you on dispatch.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
