Shipping policy

This policy explains how and when we send your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch from our New York facility within one to two business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
Delivery and cost
All orders ship with tracked delivery. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $100, and a flat rate applies below that. A tracking link is emailed to you on dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
