Refund policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

How to start a return

Email support@thomas-ashton.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with confirmation and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

Return postage

For standard returns, the cost of return postage is paid by the customer. If your item is faulty, we cover it in full.

Faulty items

Every piece is guaranteed for two years against faults in the materials or the make. If a piece is faulty, contact us and we will repair or replace it at no cost.
